Don Fuller
CEO/Educational Consultant
Don is a dedicated and results-driven educational leader with over a decade of experience in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational innovation. With a strong foundation in teaching and administrative roles, Don has a proven track record of enhancing student achievement, fostering collaboration among educators, and aligning instructional strategies with organizational goals. Currently serving as a Director of Educational Leadership, Don oversees curriculum alignment, professional development, and data-driven decision-making for 29 K-12 schools. Under his leadership, schools have experienced measurable improvements in student outcomes, including significant gains in standardized test scores and reductions in achievement gaps. He has successfully implemented initiatives such as differentiated instruction, evidence-based teaching practices, and the integration of ed-tech tools to support diverse learning needs. Previously, as a principal and director of technology, Don has guided schools in aligning curricula to state and national standards, developing interdisciplinary learning experiences, and integrating technology into classrooms. His experience extends to mentoring educators at all levels, conducting classroom and school observations, and leading professional development programs that prioritize evidence-based practices and instructional excellence. Don holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, a Principal Certificate, and a Curriculum Supervisory Certificate, all from Gannon University. He also earned his Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Secondary Education from Youngstown State University. His expertise includes curriculum design, assessment planning, grant writing, and managing professional development cycles aligned with the individualized mission, vision, and needs of schools. Don’s passion for education is rooted in his commitment to equity, innovation, and student growth. He excels in helping schools and educators navigate challenges, implement effective strategies, and create impactful learning environments. Whether working with school leaders, teachers, or community stakeholders, Don is dedicated to driving excellence in education and shaping the future of learning.
